Are you an early-career clinician or researcher looking to undertake an independent research project?


You may be eligible for a PSQ Emerging Researcher Grant!

  • Up to $5,000 AUD is available. This may be awarded to a single applicant or split between multiple successful applicants.

  • Applicants must be:

    • An early-career clinician or researcher

    • Working in general paediatrics

    • Based in Queensland

    • Not currently receiving other research grant funding

    • Undertaking an independent research project

  • Grant recipients are required to:

    • Present a progress update at the following year’s PSQ Conference

    • Acknowledge PSQ support in any publications or presentations resulting from the research

  • Applications will be reviewed using a standardised scoring rubric to ensure a fair and transparent selection process.

  • Yes. Successful applicants will be announced at the PSQ Conference, with opportunities for recognition and presentation.
